Huddleston will serve both programs
FORT WORTH – Allen Huddleston has been hired as general manager for both the TCU men's and women's basketball team.
In this new role, Huddleston will be responsible for leading NIL strategy, forming external partnerships and front office operations for both programs.
Prior to TCU, Huddleston served as general manager at Fresno State in 2025 under head coach Vance Walberg, where he returned to his alma mater to help modernize the program's front office operations.
Prior to his work in college athletics, Huddleston was chief of staff at Thuma, the San Francisco–based furniture company. His experience in organizational building, rapid growth and operational strategy translates directly to the demands of the modern college basketball GM role.
While at Thuma, Huddleston served as head coach at Merced College, guiding the 2023 team to a record-breaking, top-10 ranking in the state of California and developing two players who advanced to NCAA Division I and six to the NAIA ranks.
A Merced, Calif., native, Huddleston was one of the most decorated prep players in Central California history, setting the Merced High School record with 2,117 career points and earning Sports Illustrated "Faces in the Crowd" recognition in 2008. He played college basketball at Pacific, where he earned Big West All-Freshman honors. He also played at Fresno State where he served as two-year team captain during the launch of the Rodney Terry era and helped lead the Bulldogs to the 2014 CBI Championship Series.
Huddleston and his wife, Satenik Harutyunyan, have two sons, Teegran and Matevos.
