
TCU to Face Wyoming in Exhibition

Frogs will also host a free clinic in Midland
FORT WORTH – TCU will face Wyoming in an exhibition game on Saturday, Oct. 17 at 2 p.m. in Midland, Texas.
The contest will take place at the AI G. Langford Chaparral Center on the campus of Midland College. The game will be free for all fans to attend.
On Friday, Oct. 16, TCU will hold a free youth basketball clinic and meet-and-greet at Midland's Diamondback Energy Athletic Complex. Open to boys and girls in grades K-8, this special event gives young athletes the chance to interact with one of the nation's premier NCAA Division I basketball programs. Held 6 p.m. – 7 p.m., the experience will conclude with autograph and photo opportunities with the team and coaching staff.
In regular season action, TCU leads the all-time series 12-9 with Wyoming and won the last meeting, 64-47, on Nov. 26, 2019, at the MGM Resorts Main Event in Las Vegas, Nev.
TCU recently completed two exhibitions during its foreign tour in Costa Rica. The Horned Frogs defeated the University of Ottawa 93-66 on Aug. 1 and 99-70 on Aug. 2. Two newcomers led TCU in scoring behind sophomore guard Gavin Sykes who averaged 20 points over the two games, making 8-of-14 3-point attempts. Sophomore forward DJ Thomas averaged 13 points and 5.0 rebounds.
