FORT WORTH – TCU continues its three-game homestand to open the 2025-26 season when it hosts Sam Houston at 7 p.m. on Sunday at Schollmaier Arena.
The 17th-ranked Horned Frogs rolled to an 82-43 victory over North Carolina A&T on Thursday in their season-opener.

Olivia Miles
- Miles ranks second nationally in career games with at least 15 points, five rebounds and five assists while shooting 50 percent from deep. She finished with 16 points, eight rebounds and six assists and drained 3-6 looks from deep in her TCU debut.
- Miles notched her 25th career 15-5-5 game on Thursday. She leads all D1 guards in the category.
- Miles is the active D1 leader in career assists per game average (6.5), career assists (660) and triple doubles (six).
- She is also the lone D1 player with at least 25 career double-doubles and five triple-doubles.
- Miles has maintained a 2-1 assist-to-turnover ratio for the entirety of her career.
- Miles was tabbed to every national player of the year award preseason watch list. She and Audi Crooks (Iowa State) were the lone Big 12 players tabbed to both the Naismith and Wade Trophy watch lists.
- Miles was named Big 12 Preseason Newcomer of the Year and to the Preseason All-Big 12 Team.
- Miles is contending to become the fourth transfer point guard in five seasons to win a conference player of the year accolade under Campbell.

- Hunter sports a 2.03 career assist-to-turnover ratio. She ranked ninth among all Big 12 guards in the category last season (1.81).
- Hunter finished with a 4-1 assist-to-turnover ratio vs. North Carolina A&T, marking the 18th time she has done so and sixth in a TCU uniform.
- Hunter is averaging 13.3 points per game over her last three home outings. She scored 17 points vs. the Aggies, one shy of matching her career high of 18, which she recorded in TCU's second round NCAA Tournament victory over Louisville in March.
- Hunter's affinity for Walsh Family Court is clear in her shooting percentages. At home, she is connecting at a 50.3 percent clip from the field (66-131) and 42 percent behind the arc (25-60).
- She doubled her points and assists per game averages over the final 13 games of the 2024-25 season in TCU's run to the Elite Eight. She averaged 7.1 points and 3.8 assists per game with a 2.4 assist-to-turnover ratio. Hunter shot 44 percent from the field (35-79) in that span.
- Scherr has finished with three-plus steals on 23 occasions. She tallied 11 three-steal games as a junior at Kentucky in 2022-23.
- Scherr ranks third among all active players in career three-steal games.
