Former TCU players stay in state
FORT WORTH – Former TCU men's basketball players Emanuel Miller and Jameer Nelson Jr. have latched on to teams ahead of the NBA Summer League.
A three-time All-Big 12 Conference player, Miller signed with the Dallas Mavericks. The Scarborough, Ontario native averaged 15.8 points per game last season, which ranked fifth in the Big 12.
Nelson, who averaged 11.2 points and 3.3 assists per game last season signed with the San Antonio Spurs. The Haverford, Pa., native was Honorable Mention All-Big 12 Conference last season for the Frogs.
The NBA 2K25 Summer League will feature all 30 teams and run July 12-22 with 76 games airing live on ESPN platforms or NBA TV.
