
Miles Honored as Big 12 Player of the Week

Posted a triple-double and set an NCAA record for consecutive '15-and-5' games
FORT WORTH – Olivia Miles made NCAA history in TCU's victories over Incarnate Word and UTEP and accordingly added to her awards mantelpiece.
Miles was tabbed Big 12 Player of the Week for the fifth week of the 2025-26 season as determined by a vote of local and national media members who regularly cover the league.
The graduate guard posted a triple-double (15 points, 11 assists, 10 rebounds) in the eighth-ranked Horned Frogs' 95-40 triumph against UTEP on Saturday. Miles also became the first Power Four conference player to begin a season with 10 consecutive games of at least 15 points and five assists. Miles set the NCAA record with her ninth straight 15-and-5 game on Wednesday in TCU's 84-56 defeat of Incarnate Word.
For the week, Miles averaged 15 points, 8.5 assists, 6.5 rebounds and two steals per game while shooting 58 percent from the field and 57 percent behind the arc. Miles' 11 assists vs. the Miners were tied for her TCU career high. She logged her triple-double in just 32 minutes.
Miles is the ninth Horned Frog to win the award and second in the last three weeks. Marta Suarez was tabbed Big 12 Player of the Week on Nov. 24. TCU and Iowa State have twice produced the weekly award recipient in 2025-26.
TCU has garnered Big 12 Player of the Week accolades on 19 occasions across its 14 years of conference membership. The Horned Frogs have claimed the crown 11 times in the last three seasons under head coach Mark Campbell.
Miles notched her seventh career triple-double with her performance against the Miners. It was the first triple-double recorded by a TCU player in 14 years and only the fourth in program history. Miles is now tied for fifth in NCAA history for career triple-doubles. She is also one of only 10 Division I players to post a triple-double this season.
Through 10 games as a Horned Frog, Miles is averaging a career-high 17.7 points, 7.4 assists and 2.1 steals per game to go along with 6.4 rebounds per night. She has scored in double figures in all 10 of TCU's wins and is connecting at a 50.4 percent clip from the field.
Following Saturday's ballgame, Miles moved to the top of the Big 12 statistical leaderboard and third nationally in total assists (74) for the season. Miles continues to be the only player in college basketball averaging at least 15 points, seven assists and six rebounds per game. She leads all active players in career 15-and-5 games (40), assist per game average (6.6) and triple-doubles. Miles has also tallied the most career double-doubles (27) of any D1 guard.
Miles and the undefeated Horned Frogs (10-0) continue a five-game homestand on Sunday when they host Jacksonville at 4 p.m. inside Schollmaier Arena.
