19th-ranked Horned Frogs tangle with Cardinals in annual Field Trip Day game
FORT WORTH – TCU makes its return to the court as a ranked squad when it hosts Incarnate Word at noon CT on Thursday in Schollmaier Arena.
The 19th-ranked Horned Frogs are fresh off a 76-73 home win over then-No. 13 NC State on Sunday. The victory sent TCU to its highest AP Top 25 ranking in 16 years ahead of its collision with the Cardinals.
TCU and Incarnate Word are squaring off for the third straight season. The Frogs defeated the Cardinals 61-55 on Nov. 15, 2023, in last year's meeting in a game they led by 18 points with under 4:00 to go.
