Horned Frogs host Vaqueros Tuesday at 7 p.m.
NOTES
- TCU (2-0) hosts its third-straight game on Tuesday at 7 p.m. against UTRGV (1-1) in Schollmaier Arena.
- It's TCU's annual Teddy Bear Toss game. Fans will bring teddy bears to throw on the court at halftime and later be donated to Hope Farm.
- With a win on Tuesday, the Horned Frogs would have their eighth-straight 3-0 start to a season.
- TCU signed the nation's 11th-best recruiting class on national signing day on Nov. 8.
- TCU was picked to finish fifth in the Big 12 in a poll voted on by the league's coaches.

- Ernest Udeh Jr. led TCU's rebounding effort with 11 boards. The Frogs held a 52-25 advantage in rebounding.
ABOUT THE OPPONENT
- UTRGV is 1-1 on the season and is coming off a 100-79 loss at South Dakota. Elijah Elliott scored 30 points and added seven steals and five rebounds. Elliott leads the team with 22.0 points per game in the two games this season.
- The Vaqueros started the season with a 100-59 win over Southwestern Adventist.
SERIES HISTORY
- TCU leads the all-time series 6-1 and has won the last five meetings.
- The last meeting in the series was a 57-48 TCU win on Dec. 15, 2013 in Fort Worth. Kyan Anderson had a game-high 16 points to lead the Horned Frogs. Then a freshman, Karviar Shepherd posted his first career double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
