THE GAME
• The TCU Horned Frogs (13-4, 4-2) wrap-up a two-game home swing hosting the No. 25-ranked West Virginia Mountaineers (13-4, 3-3) in Big 12 play this Sunday, Jan. 26, in Fort Worth.
• Tip-off between the Horned Frogs and Mountaineers is set for 7:30 p.m. at Ed & Rae Schollmaier Arena.
• Sunday's contest will be televised live on FS1.
• TCU and WVU are meeting for the 18th time overall and for the 16th time since both teams joined the Big 12 Conference prior to the 2012-13 campaign.
• TCU is playing back-to-back games against AP Top-25 teams for the first time since closing out the 2018-19 season against No. 21 Texas (March 5) and then taking on the again No. 21-ranked Longhorns (March 9) in the Big 12 Tournament.
• TCU is playing AP Top-25 teams in back-to-back fashion for the eighth time in the past foru seasons.
• TCU head coach Raegan Pebley and WVU head coach Mike Carey have both combined for 670 wins between them. Pebley is in her 17th season as a head coach, while Carey is in his 19th season overall as a women's basketball head coach.
FROG FAST BREAKS
• TCU is coming off a tough home loss to No. 2-ranked Baylor, after falling 66-57 to the Lady Bears on Wednesday. TCU gave the No. 2-ranked team all it could handle before running out of steam in the fourth quarter.
• Despite the loss to Baylor, TCU is 4-2 through its first six Big 12 games, which gives the Horned Frogs its best six-game start in Big 12 play in school history.
• The 4-2 record also marks the best six-game start in conference play overall since opening 4-2 in 2011-12 when TCU was a member of the Mountain West Conference.
• A win over West Virginia would give the Frogs a 5-2 record through its first seven games, marking the best seven-game start to conference play since opening 6-1 in the MWC back in 2010-11.
• TCU has seven wins over teams ranked in the AP Poll from No. 15 to No. 25, since becoming a member of the Big 12 Conference. Five of those victories have come under head coach Raegan Pebley, which included a 76-74 overtime win at then No. 15-ranked West Virginia back on Jan. 13, 2018.

• WVU is coming off a home loss to Oklahoma State this past Wednesday, falling 57-55 to the Cowgirls.
• The Mountaineers are on the verge of losing four straight overall and in Big 12 play for the first time since 2014-15.
• Kysre Gondrezick leads WVU in scoring with 16.8 points per game. She also leads the squad with 40 three-pointers made and 22 steals.
• Esmery Martinez leads the team on the boards with 7.1 rebounds per game.
• Kari Niblack has totaled a team-best 35 blocked shots on the year.
• WVU shoots .397 from the field as a team, while yielding .368 to opposing teams.
• The Mountaineers are scoring just 67.3 points per game, but the defense gives up just 58.7 points on the other side.
