Team Notes
* The Frogs moved to 25-16 in season openers. The Frogs have now won nine of their last 11 season openers.
* TCU is now 31-10 in home openers. The Frogs have won 21 of their last 22 home openers.
* TCU is now 15-4 in November under Raegan Pebley. The Frogs went 5-1 last season with the only loss coming at No. 1 Notre Dame.
* The win was Raegan Pebley's 49th at TCU.
* TCU's starting lineup featured Amber Ramirez, Toree Thompson, Dakota Vann, Adeola Akomolafe and Jordan Moore.
* Moore, a junior, made her third straight season-opening start. Thompson made her second straight. Akomolafe, Ramirez and Vann all started on opening day for the first time. Vann is in her first season with the Frogs.
Individual Notes
* Jordan Moore's 21 points set a new career-high. Her previous high was an 18-point game at Kansas last season. Moore scored in double figures for the 24th time in her career.
* Moore also set a new career-high with seven blocks. Her previous high was six blocks against Eastern Michigan in the 2016 WNIT.
* The seven blocks were the most by a Horned Frog since Latricia Lovings had seven against West Virginia on March 8, 2014, in a Big 12 Championships quarterfinal.
* Moore's first block of the game, on ORU's third possession, gave her 100 in her career. She is just the fourth player in TCU history to record 100 career blocks.
* Amber Ramirez tied a career-high with seven assists. She also had seven against Sam Houston State last season.
* Ramirez's 18 points left her one shy of her career-high, a 19-point effort against Butler last season. She scored in double figures for the eighth time in her career.
* Toree Thompson scored 12 points, giving her 23 career games in double figures.
* Amy Okonkwo scored 10 points, giving her 20 career games in double figures.
