TCU to Host NCAA Women's Selection Show Watch Party

FORT WORTH—Fans are invited to join the TCU women’s basketball team for an NCAA Women’s Basketball Selection Show watch party Monday evening. The event will run from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Meyer-Martin Athletic Complex on the TCU campus.
Members of the TCU women’s basketball team and staff will be on hand to watch the show as they learn if the team will earn its ninth NCAA Tournament bid in the last 10 years. TCU finished the 2009-10 season with a 22-8 overall record while winning the outright Mountain West Conference regular-season championship. The Frogs reached the semifinals of the MWC Tournament last week and have a Ratings Percentage Index (RPI) among the nation's top-45 teams.
Members of the media are invited to attend the event and talk with players and members of the coaching staff. Pizza and refreshments will be provided. The show can be seen live on ESPN from 6-7 p.m. (CT).
