2024-25 | SOPHOMORE SEASON (UTAH VALLEY)
Averaged 13.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.6 assists while starting all 34 games… Shot 45.3 percent from the field, 34.9 percent from three-point range and 79.2 percent from the free throw line… Led Utah Valley to an outright WAC regular season championship and a postseason appearance in the NIT... Named Second Team All-WAC... Named to WAC All-Tournament team... Named WAC Player of the Week on Jan. 21... Ranked third in the WAC in 3-pointers made (66)... He was the fourth Toolson to play for UVU, included brother, Conner Toolson (2016-19), cousin, Ryan Toolson (2003-04, 06-09) and Jake Toolson (2017-19)... Tanner’s father, Andy, enjoyed a 10-year professional career that included a pair of seasons with the Utah Jazz after playing at BYU... Andy served as an assistant coach at BYU (2001-05)… Served a church mission in Jacksonville, Fla… Majoring in general studies.
