First ranked sweeps of the season for TCU
FORT WORTH – On the first day of the Big 12 Preview, the seventh-ranked TCU beach volleyball team rolled to sweeps of No. 19 South Carolina and No. 11 Arizona State on Friday at TCU Beach Volleyball Courts.
MATCH ONE – No. 7 TCU 5, No. 19 South Carolina 0
In the noon match, TCU started off fast by posting a sweep of No. 19 South Carolina.
The Horned Frogs started off with a quick sweep at flight five along with a win at four to get one point away from the clinch.
In her first start of the season, Kaitlyn Bradley earned the clinch alongside her partner Elea Beutel at Flight 1.
To close out the match, flights two and three earned victories to give TCU a 5-0 win.

Avenging a loss from earlier this season, TCU did not leave a doubt in a 5-0 sweep over No. 11 Arizona State.
The action began at four and five, where the Frogs cruised to two quick sweeps.
For the second straight match, Elea Beutel and Kaitlyn Bradley were the ones to clinch it, winning in a two-set thriller.
To close out the win, flight 2 earned a hard-fought sweep while flight three took the lone three-set match of the day.
