No. 4 TCU starts their 2024 season in Houston, Texas
FORT WORTH – The No. 4 TCU beach volleyball team begins its 2024 campaign Friday at the Third Coast College Classic in Houston, Texas. The Horned Frogs will face No. 15 Washington, Central Arkansas, No. 6 LSU and HCU.

FROG FOCUS
After their historic 2023 campaign, the Frogs are ready to run it back for the program's tenth season in their first year as a member of Conference USA.
The 2023 season was the most successful in program history, featuring a CCSA Championship title, their first NCAA Final Four appearance and holding the No. 1 spot in the AVCA rankings for six consecutive weeks (3/7/23 - 4/19/23).
The team looks to remain the best in the Lone Star state in 2024. TCU is undefeated against teams from the state of Texas, owning a 36-0 record. At home, the Horned Frogs will also look to continue a 41-match home winning streak which dates back to the 2020 season.
Two players have received preseason Conference USA accolades – marking a third consecutive season that a Horned Frog has garnered preseason accolades.
After being named CCSA's 2023 Freshman of the Year, Anhelina Khmil was voted the 2024 CUSA Preseason Player of the Year. This is the sophomore's second preseason award as she was named to the CCSA Preseason Watch List in 2023.
Additionally, Hailey Hamlett was named to CUSA's Preseason All-Conference Team alongside Khmil.
TCU returns 15 players from last year's roster including Hamlett and Khmil, who won the AVCA National Beach Pairs Championship in the fall (Nov. 5). The team is joined by seven newcomers including Arizona graduate transfer, Alex Parkhurst, and Stetson junior transfer, Anete Namike.
