
TCU Cross Country Dominates Mook 4 Invitational

Horned Frogs sweep men’s and women’s races
RUSTON, La. – TCU cross country swept the women's 5k and men's 8k, dominating the field at the LA Tech Mook 4 Invitational Saturday morning.
Both the men and the women cruised to victory. The top nine finishers in the 8k race were wearing purple as the men tallied an easy 15 points to sweep the team title for their fourth straight meet victory. In the 5k, eight of the top 10 finishers were Frogs, including the top six, giving the TCU women their third win of the season with a perfect 15-point sweep.
Graydon Morris led the men's squad, earning his second race win of the season with a time of 25:14.26. Teammate Johsnson Lagat closely followed less than a second behind Morris in 25:14.84. Stone Burke, Hector Solis and Tate Underwood rounded out the top five and the scoring, all crossing the finish line in under 26 minutes.
Tabitha Ngao won the women's 5k, her third individual title of the season in just four races. She dominated the field, finishing over 40 seconds ahead of teammate Mckenzie Bailey, who grabbed second with a time of 18:12.26. Freshman Ava Santora earned a career-best finish, crossing the finish line in third, and Gabby Martin and Jordan White closed out the top five, helping the Frogs secure the sweep.
