
TCU Falls on the Road at West Virginia

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – Lucy Ibeh scored a team-high 13 points as TCU fell to West Virginia in a Big 12 Conference matchup 77-45 on Tuesday night at WVU Coliseum.
The Rundown
Down by as many as 13 in the first quarter, the Horned Frogs began to climb back. Down 26-21, Tomi Taiwo stole the ball on West Virginia's inbounds pass and made a driving layup to cut the West Virginia lead to three.
TCU outscored the Mountaineers 19-14 in the second quarter to make it a 31-23 West Virginia lead after two quarters.. At the half, Lucy Ibeh led the Horned Frogs with nine points and Bella Cravens recorded a team-leading six rebounds.
West Virginia opened up the second half on a 14-2 scoring run and never looked back as the deficit proved to be too much for TCU.
