
Frogs Fall to No. 7 Baylor at Home

TCU limits Baylor to 20 points lower than season scoring average
FORT WORTH – The TCU Horned Frogs dropped a home Big 12 Conference game to the No. 7-ranked Baylor Lady Bears, 74-50, Saturday afternoon at Schollmaier Arena. The Horned Frogs fall to 5-3 overall and 0-3 in league play, while Baylor moved to 8-1 on the season and 3-0 in the conference standings.
TURNING POINT
TCU never trailed by more than 13 points over the course of the first three quarters, but Baylor's 8-0 run to open the fourth quarter was more than enough cushion for the Lady Bears. Baylor led by as many as 21 points in the fourth quarter before TCU went on a 7-0 scoring run to get back within 14 points. Baylor called a timeout and followed with a 5-0 run, which helped lead the visiting team to the 24-point victory.
