THE GAME
• The TCU Horned Frogs (16-4, 7-2) will take its four-game road winning streak into Lawrence, Kan., to take on the Kansas Jayhawks (12-9, 1-9) this Saturday, Feb. 8.
• Tip-off between the Horned Frogs and Jayhawks is set for 5 p.m. at Allen Fieldhouse.
• Saturday's contest will be televised live on the Big 12 NOW on ESPN+.
• TCU will look to sweep the season series from the Jayhawks after downing Kansas, 73-59, earlier this season in Fort Worth.
• The two teams will be meeting for the 19th time overall, with the Horned Frogs having won four straight and six of the past seven meetings.
FROG FAST BREAKS
• TCU wrapped up the first half of Big 12 play with a 65-61 home win over Kansas State last Saturday in Fort Worth. The win moved the Horned Frogs to 16-4 overall and 7-2 in the Big 12 standings.
• TCU closed out the first half of Big 12 play with its best record in program history, winning seven of the first nine contests, and surpassing its previous-best mark of 6-3 (2017-18).
• TCU's league record also marks the best nine-game start in conference play overall since a 7-2 mark the Frogs registered as a member of the Mountain West Conference back in the 2010-11 season.
• TCU is 16-4 overall through its first 20 games for the first time since the 2003-04 season. It is the best 20-game start in program history matching the 2003-04 team, along with both the 2000-01 and 2001-02 squads.
• The Horned Frogs, who are 4-0 through its first four road games, have won its first four league road games for the first time ever since joining the Big 12 and it also marks the first time since the 2000-01 season that TCU has won four straight league games on the road since the 2000-01 season when TCU was a member of the WAC.
• A win over Kansas would give TCU a 5-0 league record on the road for the first time since the same 2000-01 team went 5-0 in WAC road games.
• TCU received votes in both AP and USA Today Coaches Polls this week. The Horned Frogs earned season-high votes in both polls, collecting 25 points in the AP Poll and 13 points in the Coaches Poll.

SCOUTING KANSAS
• Since a 73-59 win over the Jayhawks in Fort Worth back on Jan. 12, Kansas has went just 1-6 in the league, and head into Saturday's contest 12-9 overall and 1-9 in the Big 12.
• KU's lone win in Big 12 play was a 67-50 home win over Texas Tech.
• Kansas went 11-0 in non-conference play, averaging 78.4 points and limiting opposing teams to just 59.6 points per game. But since opening Big 12 play, it is almost a mirror image - scoring just 60.2 points and giving up 78.2 points to opponents.
• Despite scoring nearly 18 points less as a team, KU is still just one of 10 teams in the NCAA to have five players with double-digit scoring averages.
• Aniya Thomas leads the quintet with an 11.8 points per game average, while Zakiyah Franklin (11.2), Mariane De Carvalho (10.8), Tina Stephens (10.7) and Holly Kersgieter (10.5) follow.
• Stephens also leads the team with 6.6 rebound per game. Meanwhile, Thomas has tallied a team-best 44 steals and Franklin has dished out a team-high 72 assists.
• KU heads into the game shooting .411 from the field, .312 from three-point range and .611 from the charity stripe.
SERIES HISTORY
• TCU leads the all-time series 12-6 and has won four straight following its 14-point win over the Jayhawks in January.
• The Horned Frogs are now 7-1 when facing the Jayhawks in Fort Worth, with its only loss coming back on Feb. 13, 2013.
• TCU heads into Allen Fieldhouse with a 4-3 overall record in Lawrence, Kan., having won the previous meeting 76-66 back on Feb. 27, 2019.

• TCU would lead by as many as 11 points late in the third quarter, but K-State closed out the frame with four straight points and then opened the fourth quarter with a 10-4 run to pull within a point.
• The Wildcats led 56-55 and had the game tied at 59-59 late in the fourth, but TCU closed the game scoring six of the final eight points to earn the four-point victory.
• Lauren Heard notched her third double-double of the season with 18 points and a season-high 12 rebounds.
• Ella Hellessey scored a season-high eight points, knocking down a pair of crucial three-pointers in the first half and then draining a clutch jumper from the elbow late in the fourth quarter.
• TCU forced a season-high 28 turnovers, which led to 19 points against K-State. It was the first time TCU had forced 25+ turnovers against an opponent since Alcorn State totaled 30 turnovers back on Dec. 29, 2018.
