
NCAA Preview: Mississippi State

TCU will face No. 7 Mississippi State in the third round at the NCAA Championship Super Regional in Starkville, Miss.
STARKVILLE, Miss. – The postseason for the No. 9 TCU men's tennis team will continue with a third-round matchup against No. 7 Mississippi State at the 2019 NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Championship Super Regional on Saturday, May 11 at 1 p.m., at the A.J. Pitts Tennis Center in Starkville, Miss.
The Horned Frogs (21-6) will be facing the Bulldogs (24-3), for the second time this season after already facing off in the first round of the ITA National Team Indoor Championship in February. TCU came away with the 4-1 win, but Mississippi State has only dropped two matches since then and are riding a 14-match winning streak currently.

-Gray earned his first at-large bid to the NCAA Single Championship and will pair up with Rybakov in the doubles bracket as well
-Kruger and Stalder round out the individual appearances as the duo will also appear in the doubles bracket. Stalder is a 2017 ITA Doubles All-American after reaching the Final Four of the championship in Georgia with TCU alum Jerry Lopez
-In his final season in Fort Worth, postseason honors for Rybakov have come flooding in as he was named Big 12 Co-Player of the Year and became the first TCU men's tennis player to earn four straight All-Big 12 Singles First Team honors as well as four straight years on an All-Big 12 Doubles team

-This is the sixth appearance in the last seven seasons and the sixth appearance under the helm of David Roditi
