STILLWATER, Okla. – The seventh-ranked TCU equestrian program fell to No. 4 Baylor in Round 1 of the Big 12 Championship, 11-8, Friday afternoon. The Frogs then begun Round Two action, squaring off against Oklahoma State for two events. The Cowgirls held on to a 9-1 advantage when the meet dismissed for the evening.
Director of Equestrian Haley Schoolfield
"We are close to where we want to be and where we know we can be, We did some things really well and we had some moments where we learned, and could identify some things we could tighten up on tomorrow. I see how resilient this team is. They might get down but they never count themselves out. They have fun and build themselves as a team. I don't think you can ask for more than that."
