
Women's Basketball Signs Six Players to Early Signing Period

Head Coach Raegan Pebley welcomes four incoming freshmen and pair of JC transfers
FORT WORTH – TCU head women's basketball coach Raegan Pebley announced that six players have signed National Letters of Intent to play for the Horned Frogs during the early signing period.
Joining the Horned Frogs next season will be incoming freshmen Amari Conn (Lee's Summit, Mo.), Aja Holmes (Cibolo, Texas), Aaliyah Morgan (Tyler, Texas) and Adhel Tac (Sachse, Texas), along with junior college transfers Caroline Germond (South Plains College) and Channel Noah (South Plains College).
"This is a large class that brings depth, size and scorers with it," said Pebley. "We love that they all come from programs that foster character, hard work and great leaders. What these young women do off the court is just as special as what they do on the court. We are so excited to add this group to the TCU Frog Family."

Amari Conn (5-7 | Guard | Lee's Summit, Mo. | Lincoln Prep)
Conn heads to TCU from Lee's Summit, Mo., where she played at Lincoln Prep. She is ranked a three-star recruit by ESPN and Prep Girls Hoops ranks her the third-top recruit out of the state of Missouri.
This past junior season, Conn helped lead her Lady Tiger team to the state semifinals.
Pebley on Conn:
"Amari is a player who has grown up around the game and been surrounded by great teachers. This is a great advantage for a point guard. We know her best days are ahead of her and we are glad that she will be a part of the Frog Family."
Aja Holmes (5-8 | Guard | Cibolo, Texas | Steele HS)
Holmes comes to TCU from Cibolo, Texas, following a prep career at Steele High School. A four-star recruit by Prospects Nation, she ranked No. 49 overall by the recruiting outlet. She was tabbed a three-star recruit by ESPN.
As a junior, Holmes averaged earned multiple postseason awards, which included being named to the Express-News Class 6A All-Area team.

"Aja's development and growth has been so special to watch. Her confidence comes from her hard work and she isn't afraid of getting after it while accepting a challenge. While she is known as a lights-out-shooter, she also can bring so many other things to our program."
Aaliyah Morgan (6-1 | Forward | Tyler, Texas | Lee HS)
Morgan comes to TCU from Tyler, Texas, and Lee High School where she was ranked a four-star recruit by both ESPN and Prospects Nation. She is ranked a top-100 player by both recruiting outlets.
Morgan was a TGCA First Team All-State selection following her junior year, where she averaged 13 points, nine rebounds and nearly three blocks per game.

"Our first commitment in this class came from Aaliyah. She is a leader by nature and through her actions. She knows who she is, what she wants and the work that it takes to get there. We love her intangibles and her physical, versatile scoring mentality."
Adhel Tac (5-11 | Forward | Sachse, Texas | Sachse HS)
Tac comes to TCU from Sachse, Texas, and Sachse High School. She is a three-star ranked player by both ESPN and Prospects Nation.
Tac was a TGCA First Team All-State selection following her junior year. She led her team to the state semifinals, where she tallied 18 points and pulled down 12 rebounds against Converse Judson.
Pebley on Tac:
"Adhel is one of the best most explosive athletes I watched in her class and I am so excited to have her develop within our program. She is a possession getter and fierce competitor. She has a motor that doesn't quit on and off the floor."
Caroline Germond (5-7 | Guard | Angers, France| South Plains College)
Germond will make the move to TCU following two years playing at South Plains College in Levelland, Texas. As a freshman at SPC, she averaged 9.7 points, 3.7 assists and 3.3 steals per game. Germond started in 30 of the 31 games she appeared in last season. She tallied a career-high 23 points in a game against Coastal Bend College.
Pebley on Germond:
"Caroline is one of the top guards in the country in junior college. She is a leader on her team in not just many statistical categories, but in the true essence of what it means to lead. She brings a depth of experience, not only with what she has accomplished at South Plains, but on her French National Team as well."
Channel Noah (6-5 | Forward | France | South Plains College
Noah will also make the transition from South Plains College to TCU after playing alongside Germond in Levelland, Texas. She appeared in 23 games at SPC last season, helping guide the team to a 30-5 overall record and a 12-2 mark in conference play.
Pebley on Noah:
"Channel knows what it means to work within a winning program with high standards. I have watched her compete both in games and in practice, and love how she embraces it all as an opportunity to grow her team and herself. She knows the value of being a great teammate and the significance of grit. With that as her foundation the sky is the limit."
