The 6-foot-3 center from Round Rock, Texas, can play the four and five positions and is rated as the No. 47 recruit nationally by All Star Girls Report and the No. 54 recruit overall in the ESPN HoopGurlz. Moore is also tabbed a four-star recruit by ESPNW and the No. 8 post player nationally.
"The sky is the limit for Jordan," Pebley said. "She and her coaches have worked really hard to develop her skill set near and away from the basket. Jordan knows what it's like to be a part of a team that is more like a family and the importance of servant leadership. We believe she has the ability to make a big impact on our program's future and we are thrilled to make an impact on her future as well."
"I decided to sign with TCU because of the family atmosphere and how welcoming the coaches were," Moore said. "TCU has become my second home and I'm very excited to get started."
Moore was named the All-Central Texas Player of the Year last season as a junior after averaging 20.8 points, 11.9 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game to become the first player from Round Rock ISD to earn the award since 1990.
"Jordan is a great kid from a great family," AAU Texas United head coach Brenton Christian said. "She's a leader, an extremely hard worker and she's very coachable. She hasn't even come class to reaching her full potential, even as good as she is. Her athleticism and her ability to do things away from the basket as well as how she can use her size will be a perfect fit at TCU. We're super excited about her signing with TCU and being able to stay close to home and compete in the Big 12."
Moore, who was named the All-Central Texas Newcomer of the Year as a sophomore, has played in 71 career contests entering the 2014-15 season, averaging 18.3 points, 10.2 rebounds and 2.6 blocks while shooting 63 percent from the field with 1,299 total points.
"I've known Jordan for three years and she has gotten better every day," Stony Point High School head coach Keith Allen said. "Her basketball career is going to continue for awhile. Jordan is very coachable and TCU is really going to enjoy her."
Moore rounds out Pebley's first signing class for the upcoming 2015-16 season, joining Claire Ferguson (6-3, Olathe, Kan.) and Adeola Akomolafe (6-0, El Paso, Texas).
