Jenna Johnson enters her second season in her role as graduate assistant with the Horned Frogs.
Johnson, who enjoyed a standout career at Utah State, is no stranger to the TCU coaching staff as she played her first three collegiate seasons under head coach Raegan Pebley and assistant coach Hanna Howard.
The four-time Academic All-WAC selection played in 114 career games for the Aggies, tied for third all-time with Snelgro, including 91 career starts.Johnson posted a record-breaking senior season for the Aggies, averaging 14.1 points, 7.8 rebounds and 3.0 steals per game en route to All-WAC Third-Team and All-Defensive Team honors. The Wasilla, Alaska, native set a school record with 96 steals as a senior while also ranking third in made free-throws (142), sixth in rebounds (251) and ninth in points (452). Johnson ended her career at Utah State placing second all-time with 219 career steals, fourth in made free-throws (238) and fifth in free-throw percentage (.760).
Johnson earned a degree in elementary education from Utah State in 2013 and taught third grade in New Mexico upon graduation.
