Will rep the Stars and Stripes at the U23 Nations League in July
FORT WORTH – TCU is steadily strengthening its relationship with USA Basketball 3x3.
Taylor Bigby accepted an invitation to play for the USA Basketball 2025 3x3 U23 National Team at the U23 Nations League.
Bigby will make her competitive debut with USA Basketball at the weeklong event, which runs from July 21-27 in Punta Arenas, Chile.
The 6-1 guard is a member of a six-player rostering featuring fellow collegians Joyce Edwards (South Carolina), MiLaysia Fulwiley (LSU), Zee Spearman (Tennessee) and Rachel Ullstrom (Richmond) and former All-Big 12 guard Serena Sundell.
The 2025 FIBA 3x3 Nations League will stream live on the FIBA3x3 YouTube channel.
Bigby gained invaluable exposure to USA Basketball this spring. The 6-1 guard, along with teammates Donovyn Hunter, Natalie Mazurek and Aaliyah Roberson, competed at 3x Nationals on May 2-4 in Mesa, Ariz. Bigby helped the TCU quartet earn victories over Vanderbilt and Florida.
A rising senior, Bigby averaged 5.9 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game in her first season in Fort Worth in 2024-25. The Las Vegas native started 24 of TCU's first 26 contests to cement her place in the Horned Frogs' rotation. Bigby scored in double figures eight times and averaged a career-high 8.2 points per game during nonconference play.
TCU has now placed a player on a USA Basketball 3x3 national team in consecutive seasons. Hailey Van Lith led Team USA to a bronze medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Bigby is one of two active TCU players to the red, white and blue this summer alongside Olivia Miles, who won a gold medal at the FIBA Women's AmeriCup on July 6.
Season ticket renewals for the 2025-26 TCU women's basketball season are ongoing and single-game general admission sales will be made available soon. Contact TCU Ticket Sales at 817-257-1849 for more information.
