No. 12 TCU hosts Jayhawks at 5 p.m. on Thursday on ESPN

FORT WORTH – TCU looks to extend its Big 12 winning streak to six games and unbeaten run at home to 38 when it hosts Kansas at 5 p.m. on Thursday in a game that will air on ESPN.

The 12^th-ranked Horned Frogs (19-2, 7-1 Big 12) are tied with No. 14 Baylor for first place in the Big 12 standings ahead of the midpoint of conference play. TCU enjoyed an identical start to its Big 12 slate last season on its way to capturing the university's first Big 12 basketball championships.

Beginning Thursday, TCU will play six of its last 10 regular season games on national television.

Starting with Thursday's tilt, TCU will play six of its last 10 games on linear television, including four of five at Schollmaier Arena.

TCU last lost at home on Feb. 13, 2024. The defeat capped a stretch that saw TCU lose nine-of-10 and hold open tryouts. Since that moment, the Horned Frogs have competed to a 58-9 overall record.
TCU has morphed into one of college basketball's winningest programs under head coach Mark Campbell. Since Campbell took the reins in 2023-24, the Horned Frogs have notched the seventh-most wins (74) of any Division I program. Among Power Conference teams, only South Carolina (93), UConn (90), Texas (88), LSU (80) and UCLA (79) have won more games than the Frogs over the last three seasons.
TCU has prevented 10 teams from scoring 50-or-more points this season.
Seven of TCU's 13 visitors to Schollmaier Arena this season have failed to shoot better than 30 percent from the field.

Taylor Bigby
