The Horned Frogs sweep first day of conference championship
FORT WORTH – No. 1 seed TCU finished the first day of the Big 12 Beach Volleyball Conference Championship undefeated. The Horned Frogs swept both No. 4 Utah and No. 2 Arizona State 3-0.
The Frogs have now won seven consecutive matches, including six straight sweeps. In the last six matches, they have not dropped a single set. TCU stretched its home winning streak to 63 matches.
Individually, Daniela Alvarez and Tania Moreno went 2-0 on the day. The No. 1 pairing clinched both matches for the Horned Frogs. At the No. 4 spot, Anhelina Khmil and Ana Vergara continued their undefeated run, holding 17-0 on the season.

• Olivia Clines and Deniela Konstantinova locked in point one at the No. 5 spot: 21-14, 21-11.
• The sophomore and freshman duo are now 6-0 on the season together.
