
Kowa and Ngao to Race at Arkansas Qualifier

Horned Frog pair will run 800m on Friday
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – A pair of Horned Frogs will race at the Arkansas Qualifier on Friday, Feb. 21, at the Randal Tyson Track Center.
Tabitha Ngao and Mohammed Kowa are set to run the 800m for TCU in one final tune up before the Big 12 Championships and look to secure qualifying times for the national championship next month.
The 800m school record holder on the women's side, Ngao broke her own mark in the event last weekend in Fayetteville with a 2:03.79. Her time ranks fifth in the Big 12 and 32nd nationally.
Kowa posted a personal best in the 800m last weekend, running the eighth fastest time in program history with a 1:49.64.
