Prince averaged 19.7 points, 9.7 rebounds and 2.9 blocks per game across 21 starts in her first season in Fort Worth. She was the only player in the country averaging 20 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks per game for the entirety of the regular season. From Liberty Hill, Texas, Prince ranked second in the Big 12 and was tied for fourth in the country in blocks per game at season's end and became the first player in program history to lead the conference in scoring average.
She missed 12 conference games after suffering a hand injury in the opening seconds of TCU's top-25 battle at Baylor on Jan. 3. Despite being sidelined for seven weeks, Prince was one of 10 centers chosen as a finalist for the Lisa Leslie Award and was selected to the Wooden Award Midseason Top-25 Watch List. She garnered All-Big 12 honorable mention accolades at season's end.
