The Frogs extend home winning streak to 45 matches with 4-0 weekend

FORT WORTH – No. 5 TCU went 2-0 on the final day of the Horned Frog Challenge. The Horned Frogs swept UC Davis and conference opponent UAB on Saturday to go 4-0 in the first home tournament of the season.

TCU now owns a 45-match winning streak at home dating back to March 6, 2020.

Individually, Hailey Hamlett and Anhelina Khmil had a perfect 4-0 weekend. The duo is 12-0 to start the season.

QUICK HITS AGAINST UC DAVIS
• Hallie Corinne Frist and Morgan Williams scored the first point for the Frogs from the No. 5 spot: 21-14, 21-17.
•This is the duo's first win and showing as a pairing.
• Frist moves to 5-0 on the season while Williams improves to 5-2.
• Anete Namike and Ana Vergara score point two for TCU with a straight-set victory from the No. 4 position: 21-13, 21-15.

• Anete Namike and Ana Vergara clinched the match at the No. 4 position: 20-22, 21-16, 15-11.
• The duo remains unbeaten going 3-0, and their first clinching point together.
• Namike moves to 7-4 on the season and Vergara 8-1.
• Sutton MacTavish and Alex Parkhurst scored the fourth point for TCU from the No. 2 spot: 21-19, 21-18.
• The duo is 7-0 together this season.
