
Gray Garners Second Team All-America Honors

Gray placed 13th in the 200m at the NCAA Indoor Championships
BOSTON – Iyana Gray garnered Second Team All-America honors at the NCAA Division I Track & Field Indoor Championships on Friday night at the Track at New Balance.
Gray's time of 23.32 in the 200m was good for 13th overall, earning Second Team distinction in her NCAA Indoor Championships debut.
The junior capped off a spectacular indoor season on the biggest stage. Two weeks ago, Gray became TCU's first-ever women's 200m champion in the Frogs' Big 12 Era. Her time of 22.71 at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (Feb. 24) shattered her school record and earned her the No. 9 seed at the NCAA Indoor Championships.
She was a two-time Big 12 Indoor Championships scorer (60m, 200m). Along with her school record in the 200m, Gray is also No, 2 on TCU's all-time list in the 60m (7.26).
