
Cross Country Announces 2023 Schedule

TCU will host the TCU Horned Frog Invitational to kick off the season Sept. 1
FORT WORTH – Director of Track and Field Khadevis Robinson has announced the 2023 cross country schedule.
TCU kicks off the season with the inaugural TCU Horned Frog Invitational on Sept. 1 in Fort Worth before competing in four other regular season meets throughout the season.
After the TCU Horned Frog Invitational, the Frogs travel to Arlington, Texas, for the UTA Gerald Richey Invitational on Sept. 9. TCU makes a trip to Texas A&M for the Texas A&M Invitational on Sept. 15 in College Station, Texas, for the third meet of the year.
The Horned Frogs continue their regular season slate at the Chile Pepper Invitational on Sept. 29 in Fayetteville, Ark., before running at the Arturo Barrios Invitational on Oct. 13 in College Station, Texas.
The Big 12 Cross Country Championships are set for Oct. 28 in Ames, Iowa. TCU's postseason competition takes them back to Fayetteville for the NCAA South Central Region Cross Country Championships on Nov. 10. The NCAA Division I Cross Country National Championships is on Nov. 18 Charlottesville, Va.
Last year's cross country season was one for the history books. After finishing second overall at the NCAA South Central Regional with her personal-best time of 20:17.1, Gracie Morris became the first NCAA Championships qualifier in six years. She also placed 18th overall at the Big 12 Cross Country Championships.
