
TCU Ranked No. 3 in Preseason Rankings

No. 3 is the highest-ever preseason ranking for TCU Beach Volleyball
Fort Worth – The TCU beach volleyball team received its highest-ever preseason ranking, checking in at No. 3 in the AVCA Coaches' Poll.
This marks the second consecutive season that TCU has opened the season ranked in the Top 10. Prior to the start of the 2022 campaign, TCU was No. 4 in collegebeachvb.com and No. 6 in AVCA coaches' poll. It marks the sixth straight season that the Horned Frogs have been ranked in the Top 20, all coming under the guidance of head coach and 2022 CCSA Coach of the Year Hector Gutierrez.
TCU is coming off the best season in program history, which featured their second consecutive NCAA appearance, 16 combined post season awards and a 39-5 record.
TCU is returning 19 letterwinners, three of which have earned All-America accolades: Daniela Alvarez (2021, 2022), Hailey Brockett (2021) and Tania Moreno (2021, 2022). The Horned Frogs welcomed eight newcomers including a graduate transfer from Florida State, Kate Privett.
