
TCU Sweeps Oral Roberts

TCU wins at No. 2, 4 and 6 singles for second
FORT WORTH – No. 48 TCU women's tennis (6-5, 0-1) got back in the win column on Saturday afternoon, taking down Oral Roberts, 4-0, at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center in Fort Worth. TCU won all five completed matches in a dominant display.
TCU shuffled its doubles lineup today, keeping the No. 1 pairing intact, while starting new pairs at No. 2 and No. 3. The moves paid off as the Frogs collected their most lopsided doubles point of the season (6-0 and 6-1). In singles, Marie Norris regained her form to the tune of a 6-0, 6-0 victory to boost the Frogs to a win. Norris won all three of her completed sets today by a combined score of 18-1.

- TCU utilized a revamped doubles lineup with great success to take the doubles points with wins at No. 2 and No. 3.
- Addy Guevara and Tate Schroeder got the ball rolling in their first match together, rattling off six straight games to win, 6-0.
- It was the second 6-0 doubles win of the season for the Frogs and the first involving Schroeder or Guevara.
- This was Guevara's 10th doubles win of the new year, improving her dual doubles record to 7-4.
- Schroeder notched her seventh doubles win as a Horned Frog. She is now 4-4 in dual play.
