Frogs drop an 82-72 affair to the Jayhawks on Sunday
LAWRENCE, Kan. – TCU battled an early first quarter deficit and led by eight points at the halftime break, but the Horned Frogs could not overcome Kansas' second half comeback in an 82-72 Big 12 Conference road loss Sunday afternoon at Allen Fieldhouse.
TURNING POINT
Despite not scoring its first bucket until the 4:20 mark of the first quarter, TCU managed to take a 33-25 lead into halftime. All signs pointed towards a road win, but Kansas outscored the Frogs 27-22 in the third quarter and 30-17 in the final frame to earn the 10-point victory.

• TCU moved to 4-4 on the season with a starting line-up consisting of Caroline Germond, Lauren Heard, Aahliyah Jackson, Michelle Berry and Yummy Morris.
• TCU moved to 4-3 all-time in games played on Super Bowl Sunday, which includes a 2-1 mark in games played on the road.
