Frogs Host Fresno State in Big 12 Finale

TCU faces sixth top-5 team
FORT WORTH – Back at home, the seventh-ranked TCU equestrian team will finish regular season Big 12 action by hosting No. 4 Fresno State with play set to begin Friday, Feb. 21, at 10 a.m.

ALL-TIME SERIES
TCU owns the all-time advantage over Fresno State, 11-7. TCU is winners of the last five matchups, three of which came at home. The Frogs are 7-1 when hosting Fresno State, with the lone loss coming in the first-ever meeting between the two programs back on Feb. 4, 2007, in a tiebreaker.

TCU looks to rebound from last weekend's defeat in its return home. TCU's Western seniors continue to stamp their names in the program's legacy and look to continue successes this week. Carly Lombard, Jamie Cook and Josie Mootz have all eclipsed 60 career meets. Claire Dittrich rode out for the 50th time last week and Elena Hurd is approaching No. 45 in her career. TCU has tallied 20 all-time wins against top-5 ranked teams, with its most recent victory coming against No. 5 SMU on Oct. 10, 2019.

Fresno State will be leaving California for the second time all season and the first since it went to South Carolina on Sept. 20- 21. The Bulldogs, the newest member of the Big 12, boast a 6-4 record with wins over No. 2 Oklahoma State and No. 8 Texas A&M. Fresno State gave No. 1 Auburn its toughest test of the year, but fell 10-8 to the Tigers.
