Bruner's Eagle Highlights Round 2 in Vail

TCU in eighth place after 36 holes
VAIL, Colo. -- Greta Bruner's eagle highlighted second-play for the TCU women's golf team Tuesday at the Golfweek Conference Challenge in Vail, Colo.
The Horned Frogs are in eighth place in the 18-team field.
Bruner's eagle came on the par 5, 542-yard hole No. 2. It was the fourth eagle in the two-year TCU career for Bruner, tying her for sixth-most in school history. She birdied the next hole after her eagle and finished with two birdies in carding a 74.
Annika Clark is the top Horned Frog in the individual standings. The lone senior in the lineup is tied for 13th with a 1-over-par 145 through 36 holes. Her second-round 75 included a pair of birdies.
Freshman Valeria Pacheco, in her first collegiate tournament, lowered her second-round score by six strokes in recording a 74. She had a birdie and shot par on 14 holes.
