Team Notes
* TCU started with a lineup of Lauren Heard, Jayde Woods, Kianna Ray, Jordan Moore and Amy Okonkwo.
* Today's attendance was 3,648, TCU's highest for a home game since it had 3,686 on hand for a contest against Baylor on Feb. 2, 2016.
* The Frogs have now won seven consecutive season openers, including all five in head coach Raegan Pebley's tenure.
* Since 1998-99, TCU is 19-3 in season openers.
* TCU held Duquesne scoreless for the first 6:53 of the game as the Dukes missed their first seven shots.
* Duquesne was also held without a field goal for the final 4:19 of the first half.
* TCU went on a 9-2 run to end the first half and scored the first seven points of the second half.
* The Frogs did not trail in the contest, leading wire-to-wire.
* Freshmen Ryann Payne, Yummy Morris and Alex Crain and sophomore transfer Anneli Maley all made their Horned Frog debuts.
* TCU doubled-up Duquesne on points in the paint, 36-18, and scored three times as many fast-break points, 12-4.
Jordan Moore
* Made her first 11 shots of the contest, including a 6-for-6 effort in the first half.
* Finished with 22 points, marking her 46th career double-figure game and seventh with over 20 points.
* She is now 18 points from becoming the 18th player in TCU history with 1,000 career points.
* With six rebounds, she now has 605 in her career, the eighth-most in TCU history.
* Led all players with a +/- of +28 in the TCU win.
Amy Okonkwo
* Recorded the eighth double-double of her career with 16 points and 11 rebounds.
* Scored in double figures for the 47th time in her career.
* Started for the 16th time as a Horned Frog and the first time since the 2016-17 season.
* Her 11 rebounds were one off her career high of 12 set at West Virginia on Nov. 13, 2017.
Lauren Heard
* Tied her career high with a pair of 3-pointers.
* Finished with nine points, four rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Kianna Ray
* Set a career high with 10 assists, the most by a TCU player since A.J. Alix also had 10 against UT Rio Grande Valley on Jan. 2, 2016.
* Finished with two points, two rebounds, two blocks and two steals.
