
TCU Hosts Texas A&M in Top-10 Showdown

SPRINGTOWN, Texas – The sixth-ranked TCU equestrian team will square off with third-ranked Texas A&M at 10 a.m., Friday morning at Turning Point Ranch.

Last Time Out
The Horned Frogs come into the meet after a 15-4 victory over Delaware State last Thursday. TCU swept the Hornets on the Flat and won 4-0 in Reining. The Frogs also won all four Most Outstanding Performer accolades, three of which were won by freshman, and two coming from Student-Athlete of the Week Izzy Baxter.
The All-Time Series
Texas A&M leads the all-time series, 7-2. TCU won the most recent match up, 11-8, last season in the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo meet. The Aggies won their first meeting last season, 16-3, in College Station.
Scouting the Aggies
Texas A&M comes off a 12-5 win over No. 4 Oklahoma State in College Station. The Aggies return four All-Americans from their 2017-18 NCEA team championship semifinals squad.

TCU comes into the meet after a 15-4 victory last week to begin the season. Both Kathleen Harrigan and Niki Barnes are slated to compete in their first career meet of record.
