Team Notes
* TCU's 93 points were the most the Frogs have ever scored in a Big 12 game. The previous high was 87 points against Kansas State on Jan. 2, 2016.
* Entering this season the Frogs had scored 80 or more points in a league game just eight times in five seasons in the Big 12. The Frogs have now done so twice in four games this season.
* TCU shot 60.3 percent (35-of-58), its best percentage ever in a Big 12 game. The previous high was 54.8 percent against Kansas State on Feb. 28, 2015.
* The Frogs finished with 27 assists on their 35 made baskets. TCU eclipsed the 20-assist mark for the sixth time this season, and did so with 6:42 remaining in the third quarter.
* The 27 assists were also the Frogs most ever in a Big 12 game.
* TCU made 10-of-21 3-pointers, its third game this season with 10 or more 3-pointers.
* TCU committed season-high 21 turnovers, but Texas Tech scored just 12 points off of them.
* TCU forced Texas Tech into 22 turnovers, tied for the most by a TCU opponent this season, and scored 23 points off of them.
* TCU recorded 12 steals, one shy of tying a season high. The Frogs had all 12 in the first half.
* TCU's 48 first-half points were the second most they've ever scored in the first half of a Big 12 game. The Frogs scored 49 against Kansas on Feb. 13, 2013, their first season in the Big 12.
* The Frogs shot 60.6 percent (20-of-33) in the first half, tying for the second best percentage in a conference game across the Big 12 this season.
* At 40-27, TCU posted more bench points than its opponent for the 14th consecutive game. The season opener against Oral Roberts is the only game TCU's bench hasn't outscored its opponent.
* TCU won its fifth consecutive game against Texas Tech in Fort Worth. The Frogs are now 9-42 all-time against the Lady Raiders, but 8-5 since joining the Big 12 in 2012-13.
* TCU had a starting lineup of Lauren Heard, Toree Thompson, Sydney Coleman, Adeola Akomolafe and Jordan Moore. Heard, a freshman, and Coleman, a senior, each made their first career start.
Jordan Moore
* Scored team-high 18 points on 7-of-11 shooting with team-high seven rebounds.
* Played career-high 36 minutes; just the fifth time in her career she played over 30 minutes.
* Double-figure scoring for the 12th time this season; 35th time in her career.
* Did not record a block, snapping a streak of 17 consecutive games with at least one, dating back to last season.
* Came into the game leading the Big 12 in blocks at 2.7 per game.
Amy Okonkwo
* Scored 17 points, all in the first half, on 6-of-9 shooting with five rebounds.
* Scored at least 15 points in eight straight games. Scored in double figures in 14 of TCU's 15 games this season; 33 times in her career.
Toree Thompson
* Scored 13 points, including 3-of-6 3-pointers.
* Double-figure scoring for the ninth time this season; 31st time in her career.
* Three or more 3-pointers for the fifth time this season, 14th time in her career.
* Is 8-of-14 from 3-point range in her last three games.
Sydney Coleman
* Started her first career game in the 74th game of her career.
* Scored eight points with career-highs of six assists and three steals. Also played career-high 22 minutes.
* Set career-highs in steals and assists before halftime.
Lauren Heard
* Started her first career game.
* Scored 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting.
* Double-figure scoring for the fourth time this season.
Kianna Ray
* Scored 13 points on 5-of-7 shooting with 3-of-5 3-pointers. Also added team-high four steals.
* Double-figure scoring for the third time this season; sixth time in her career.
* Three 3-pointers tied a career-high.
Amber Ramirez
* Scored 10 points, all in the second half, and tied career-high with team-high seven assists.
* Came off bench for first time this season.
* Double-figure scoring for the ninth time this season; 16th time in her career.
* Seven assists for the third time this season; five or more for the fifth time.
