LONG BEACH, Calif. — The TCU beach volleyball team began its five-day, six-match road trip to California Tuesday with a 5-0 loss to No. 6 Long Beach State.
The Horned Frogs (3-2) will look to regroup Thursday at the Cal Poly Tournament in San Luis Obispo where they will meet Benedictine (Ariz.) and No. 15 Cal Poly.
"The good thing is we can learn from our mistakes and move on," TCU beach coach Hector Gutierrez said. "We are looking forward to our matches on Thursday. We just need to be ourselves and play free, and we didn't today."
A recap of all the matches will be available on GoFrogs.com, following the completion of each day. The matches can also be followed on Twitter @TCUBeachVB.
