JUNIOR (2020-21)
Placed fourth in the 100 fly against Texas A&M (Nov. 6)… Swam on the fourth-place 200 yard freestyle relay team against Florida State (Nov. 14)… Placed seventh in the 100 fly at the Big 12 Championships (Feb. 24-28).
SOPHOMORE (2019-20)
Was part of the 200 yard medley relay and placed fourth (1:36.17) and in the 400 yard freestyle relay (3:12.30) at the vs. SMU meet in Fort Worth (Oct. 25) ... Placed fifth in the 50 yard freestyle (22.04), contributed to the second place finish in the 800 yard freestyle relay (6:54.22) and in the fifth place finish in the 100 yard butterfly (1:37.03) at the vs. UIW meet in Fort Worth (Nov.8).
FRESHMAN (2018-19)
Placed fifth in the 50 free (22.20), was part of the 400 free team that finished second (3:12.96) in season opener at home with UT-Permian Basin (Sept. 22) … part of the 200 medley team that finished second (1:36.89) in home meet vs. Trinity (Nov. 10) … finished third in the 50 free (21.81) at home against Ouachita Baptist (Dec. 8) ... placed eighth in the 100 fly (49.45) and part of the 200 free relay team that finished second (1:20.69) at the Big 12 Championships in Austin (Feb. 27-March 3) ... Placed ninth in the 50 free (20.66) at the Big 12 Championships ... Finished eighth in the 100 fly (49.38) at the Big 12 Championships ... Was a member of the 200 free medley team that finished second (1:20.69) at the Big 12 Championships ... Later competed at the 2019 CSCAA National Invitational Championship where he swam the 100 free (45.78) and 50 fly (22.51).
PERSONAL
Dittlinger comes to TCU from Dimond High School multi-time, multi-event Alaska state finalist. Over the course of his high school career, Dittlinger won two Alaska state titles and was an 11-time finalist. He competed at the Alaska Junior Olympic Championships where he reached the finals in six events, including a pair of runner-up finishes in the 200 free and 100 back. His main events include the 100 back, 100 fly and 50 free. During 2017 ASAA State Championships he placed first in the 50 free (20.48). He was named NISCA All-American.
