Ran in nine meets for TCU … won the 200m (21.06) at the TCU Alumni Invitational (March 17-18) … ran on the winning 4x400 team (3:06.28) at the Clyde Hart Classic (March 24-25) … part of the winning 4x100 and 4x400 relays at the Sooner Invitational and Multis (April 14-15) … ran a career-best 45.85 in the 400m and finished fifth at the Michael Johnson Invitational (April 21-22) … brought home the first Penn Relays 4x400 title since 2008 with the winning time of 3:04.41 at the 2023 Penn Relays (April 27-29) … garnered bronze as a member of the 4x400 relay at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships (May 12-14) … qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in four events (200m, 400m, 4x100 relay, 4x400 relay) … advanced to the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a 12th-place finish in the 4x400 at the NCAA West Preliminary with the team’s time of 3:05.20 (May 24-27) … named a Second Team All-American in the 4x400 relay after finishing 14th overall at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 3:02.62 (June 7-10).

Ran in four meets for the Horned Frogs … placed fourth in the 200m at the TTU Red Raider Open with his time of 21.69 (Jan. 20) … finished 12th overall in the 400m (48.97) at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic (Feb. 3-4) … won the 200m with his time of 21.35 at the TTU Jarvis Scott Open (Feb. 10-11) … ran personal-bests in the 200m (20.89) and the 400m (47.18) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … finished sixth in the 4x400 with a time of 3:08.98 at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25).

Spent the past three seasons at Ohio State ... Garnered Second Team All-America honors as members of the 4x100 and 4x400 relays at the 2022 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships ...
