Fithian saw action in seven meets during the 2015-16 season, riding to a 3-3-1 overall record in Equitation on the Flat ... She went 2-1-0 during league play in the discipline and was awarded the Sportsmanship Award following the season by her coaches ... Scored conference victories over Baylor and K-State in Equitation on the Flat ... Also saw action against SMU, South Carolina, New Mexico State and Oklahoma State.
2014-15 | FRESHMAN
Fithian saw action in four meets between Equitation on the Flat and Equitation over Fences during the 2014-15 season ... Went 1-0 in Big 12 action in Equitation on the Flat, scoring a 72-71 decision over Oklahoma State's Kendall Pedigo ... The win over Pedigo marked her first collegiate victory ... She also competed in the opening round of the 2015 Big 12 Championship against Baylor's Savannah Jenkins.
PREP CAREER
The Monterey, Calif., native came to TCU after earning top-placings in both the USEF and Junior Medals throughout the West Coast ... During her tenure, she qualified for the ASPCA Maclay Regionals, CPHA Medal Finals, CPHA Foundation Medal Finals, NorCal Medal Finals, USEF Medal Finals, Pickwick Medal Finals, USEF Show Jumping Talent Search Finals and WCE Medal Finals ... Fithian, who garnered seventh-place accolades at the NorCal Junior Medal Finals, recently placed eighth overall at the 2013 CPHA Junior Medal Finals, while also ranking in the top-15 at the prestigious 2013 WCE Finals ... A member of the Santa Catalina High School equestrian team, Fithian, a captain and honor roll student, helped the squad qualify for the zone 10 regionals and finals ... She did extensive volunteer work during her high school career working for Project Linus, Operation Yellow Ribbon, Dorothy's Kitchen, AG Against Hunger, SPCA and Hope, Horses, & Kids.
