The purpose of TCU Dutchmen is to maintain and continue campus wide traditions as well as instruct the notorious TCU student section at both TCU Football and TCU Basketball games. Dutchmen are most known for their purple and white overalls which they wear as their uniform. The purple stripes, a color of royalty, represents the rich traditions of TCU and the white stripes represent the knowledge which TCU seeks to instill in all of her students in their time at the university.
