TCU Dutchmen Selection Process
There is no audition or tryout to become a Dutchmen. Instead, current Dutchmen will seek out students who they believe are fit for the job. Once a Dutchmen nominates a student, the nominee must gain a majority of the current Dutchmen's support in order to gain a bid. Those nominees who are granted bids from the Dutchmen will then be granted an interview with the TCU Athletics Marketing department. If the TCU Athletics Marketing Department believes a nominee is well suited for the role, the nominee is offered the opportunity to serve their TCU community by becoming a Dutchmen.
