• Brown automatically qualified for the National Championships in the men's javelin at the Midwest Regional.

• He recorded a fifth-place finish with a throw of 224 feet, while also making the all-regional squad by crushing his own school record in the men's javelin.

Kishelle Paul
Junior
Track and Field

• Paul claimed the regional championship in the women's 400-meter hurdles to qualify for the NCAA Championships on the final day of the 2008 NCAA Midwest Regional.

• The junior recorded a seasonal best time of 57.81 seconds to win the regional.

• Her time is currently ranked No. 15 in the NCAA and is the top mark in the Mountain West Conference.
