 | R.J. Hesselberg Senior Swimming & Diving R.J. Hesselberg capped of his senior season collecting his second-straight three-meter gold medal at the MWC Championships on Thursday. The diver from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada scored a 336.70. The win gives him 27 in his TCU career. Hesselberg added All-MWC honors in the one-meter and three-meter springboard, as well as the platform dive. |

Jessica Young Junior Track & Field In the women's 60 meters at the MWC Indoor Conference Championships, Jessica Young garnered gold medal honors, recording a blistering time of 7.26 seconds. Overall, Young posted a seasonal-best mark and just missed an NCAA automatic on Saturday. The junior's time of 7.26 seconds broke Virgil Hodge's school record of 7.30 seconds, which was set at the 2008 MWC Championships. Young's time, which is currently the 11th-fastest time in the NCAA when converted for altitude, was also the second-fastest time ever recorded in Mountain West Conference Championship history. Following competition, Young collected the Women's Outstanding Performance Award, marking the second-straight year TCU has claimed the prestigious honor. |  |
