
Men Finish Third at Texas A&M Invitational

COLLEGE STATION – TCU cross country concluded three straight weekends of racing at the Texas A&M Invitational on Saturday morning at the Watts Cross Country Course, with the men finishing third overall and the women placing sixth.
The Distance Frogs scored 101 points on the men's side, just three points back of second place. Junior Johnson Lagat led the charge with a runner-up finish individually. Joining him in the top 10 was senior Mohammed Kowa, who crossed the finish line fifth. Anastacia Gonzalez paced the TCU women in the 5k. She finished 17th overall as the Frogs finished sixth as a team.
