
Women Grab Second at UTA Gerald Richey Invitational

FORT WORTH – TCU cross country wrapped up a solid day of racing at the UTA Gerald Richey Invitational on Friday, where the women earned a second-place team finish.
For the second week in a row, junior Mckenzie Bailey paced the Frogs and picked up a top-10 finish. The Georgetown, Texas, native crossed the finish line in ninth overall with a season best time of 18:11.00. Her teammate, Anastacia Gonzalez, followed just over a second behind her with an 18:12.40 to place 10th.
For the men, sophomore Brayden Schick led the way for TCU. He ran a 15:23.80 5k to finish 17th overall as the men placed sixth as a team.
