TCU Releases Big 12 Schedule

Horned Frogs open conference slate on Dec. 21 at UCF
FORT WORTH – TCU and the Big 12 unveiled the Horned Frogs' complete conference schedule on Thursday.
The 18-game slate is highlighted by four home tilts vs. 2024 NCAA Tournament teams. TCU hosts Colorado on Jan. 1 in its conference home-opener and battles Utah (Jan. 17), Baylor (Jan. 26) and West Virginia (Feb. 23) within the friendly confines of Schollmaier Arena.
The Horned Frogs begin league play on Dec. 21 at UCF. The Christmastime jaunt to Orlando is one of three home-and-home Big 12 battles on the docket. TCU also plays Baylor and Texas Tech twice, with the Lady Raiders trekking to Fort Worth on Feb. 8.
Five of the Frogs' nine home conference contests are in January. TCU also welcomes Cincinnati and UCF to Fort Worth on Jan. 4 and Jan. 14, respectively.
Sandwiched between TCU's games vs. the Lady Raiders and Mountaineers is a midweek home matchup on Feb. 11 against BYU. The Horned Frogs' home finale is Feb. 26 vs. Houston.
The Big 12 schedule matrix was announced in June. Among TCU's away affairs are a date at Allen Fieldhouse on Jan. 7 to face Kansas and a pair of two-game road trips in February. The Horned Frogs meet Iowa State and Kansas State in the midwestern wheatfields on Feb. 2-5, then visit conference newcomers Arizona and Arizona State on Feb. 16-19.
The regular season concludes on March 2 with a return trip to Baylor.
The Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Championship runs from March 5-9 at T-Mobile Arena in Kansas City. All 16 teams in the expanded conference qualify. The top-four seeds earn a double bye into the quarterfinals. Teams seeded fifth through eight receive a first round bye.
In total, TCU will take the home floor 19 times across its 31-game schedule. The Horned Frogs' commence the 2024-25 campaign on Nov. 5 vs. Houston Christian.
Tipoff times and broadcast specifications for each game will be announced in the coming weeks.
