
TCU adds Arizona State Guard, Collins

Horned Frogs land former four-star recruit
FORT WORTH – TCU's men's basketball team added its first player from the transfer portal on Wednesday with the addition of former Arizona State guard Frankie Collins.
The Sacramento, Calif., native will head to Fort Worth following two seasons at Arizona State where he averaged 13.8 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists last season
As a sophomore in 2022-23, Collins averaged 9.9 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists while leading the Sun Devils to a win in the NCAA Tournament over Nevada in the First Four before falling to TCU in the first round.
Collins played his freshman season at Michigan, which advanced to the Sweet 16 in 2022. He arrived at Michigan as a four-star recruit out of Coronado High School in Nevada and was the 36th best prospect according to ESPN.
